We are able to insure drivers who have held a full UK valid license for more than 2 years aged between 25 to 75 years.

All drivers must be present when collecting the Motorhome.

All endorsements must be declared at the time of booking.

East Coast Motorhomes can obtain insurance so long as there are no more than 2 convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights during Low & Mid Season. During High Season the minimum rental period is 7 nights

All of our Roller Team Motorhomes are under 2 years old.

Bookings can be made by email, or over the phone.

At the time of the booking we require a 25% deposit to secure your bookings.

Your balance is due to be paid 6 weeks prior to your booking date.

All bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to collection the full amount is required at the time of booking.

More than 6 weeks prior to collection 25% of the total hire cost is non refundable.

6 Weeks to 2 Weeks before collection 50% of total hire charge is non refundable.

2 weeks to no show 100% of total hire charge is non refundable.

Proof of ID (Driving licence, Passport) & Security deposit payment (BACS, Credit/Debit Card only)

Collections times are between 14:00PM and 15:00PM on weekdays (unless otherwise agreed)

Weekend collections times are between 10:00AM and 11:00AM (unless otherwise agreed)

Please allow 1 hour to complete all of the documentation along with the Motorhome handover.

Return is between 9:00 am and 11:00 am (unless otherwise agreed)

Please note a late fee will be charged for all late returns.

An £800 security deposit is payable on or before collection of the Motorhome which can be paid by BACS transfer or on a debit or credit card. We are unable to take cash payments for the security deposit. 

If paying by debit or credit card the card holder must be present.

Your security balance will be refunded within 5 working days of your motorhome being returned.

Security deposit or a small deposit is required by the driver, not the booking person.

The excess is £999 for the insurance policy.

For Ireland you will need additional cover at £70 per week. For Europe the additional cover required is £100 per week. We will also require a list of destinations you will be visiting in Europe 30 days prior to collection.

Your Roller Team Motorhome can be taken on a ferry. The ferry operator will require the registration number along with the length.

Please inform us if you intend to use any ferry.

So long as you have at the time of making your booking advised you would like to take your pet, we allow 1 pet per motorhome.

We do ask that your pet is not left unattended in the motorhome and are kept off the soft furnishings.

We define pet as mainly a small dog.

Yes we can collect your group from all the major airports in the South East such as Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, South End on Sea, Stansted. This would be using Business Chauffeurs. Please advise if you require this service, we will then advise costings.

We are based on the south side of King’s Lynn.

You can leave one car per Motorhome in our locked compound while you are away on holiday.

The Leisure battery will be charged via the mains electric.

The fridge can be used off the mains electric.

The on board 240 volts plug socket can be used when hooked up

All of our Motorhomes have a TV included.

We appreciate how much space these items can take up therefore all of our motorhomes are supplied with fresh luxury bedding & towels.

We don’t provide baby seats, and the 696 model does not have ISO fixings.

All of our Motorhomes have heating systems enabling you to hire throughout the Winter.

We suggest that you always stay at campsites for your own & the vehicles safety.

Your motorhome must be returned to East Coast Motorhomes, before 11am (unless otherwise agreed).

Your Motorhome will need to be returned with a full fuel tank of diesel.

You will be required to return your Motorhome with an empty toilet cassette & grey water tank. Please only dispose of these at approved disposal points.

We expect our Motorhomes to be returned in a clean & tidy condition with the floors clean, the bathroom clean & tidy, the cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery clean, the surfaces wiped down & all food removed.

All Motorhomes must be unpacked, cleaned & ready to be handed over to one of the East Coast Motorhome team by 11am.
